The General Assembly of the members is composed of one representative from each institution. It has the power to deliberate and to make decisions. It usually meets at least three times per year.
The Board of Directors, elected every two years by the Assembly, is composed of five members.
Central responsibility for the database is entrusted to two Database Editors, who coordinate current and retrospective cataloguing activity of the member institutions, train staff in the application of the rules and the procedures of the automated system, edit the database and the Web interface, maintain the authority file, manage the various modules of Innovative Millennium (OPAC, Cataloguing, Serials, Circulation, Acquisitions, Reports, Administration), and monitor the procedures and developments of the system.
The management and maintenance of the servers is the responsibility of the Technical Advisor.
